Now that you say it, the skull could be the head, and the pale spots in the smoke could be bones...

Whoops... I thought I was in the GP.  Nice original observation.  I'm not sold that this was intentional, but it's nevertheless an interesting find.

I have to agree with ScatCycle i look very close and i see the fragments of leg and body armour so it is a Elite egg, Could we have another Easter Egg finder on Bungie.Net?
