I am 99.9% sure that you can no longer do this. Kenji and I tried and failed, mainly due to the fact the the barrier has been extended and you can no longer get close enough to the wall with the warthog. Kenji and I tried on live and on local, no dice. Later I emptied me cache memory ( thinking that I had downloaded some kind of update for ODST) and reattempted solo, The barrier was still existed.
 

I change my 99.9% to 0%.

You can still do it. I made it past the barrier while playing with ColdGlider.

CG and I just really studied the clip. I still need to do it in its entirety, but at least I know it can be done.

I spoke to the entity that shall be referred to as "ODST Glitcher", for he goes by many names!
 

Mr. Glitcher clued me into the inspiration for his out-of-mapping (which he had previously mentioned in his thread over on B.net) and the source video is over here on the Tube.

I downloaded the film and did it step by step. Like i said I even cleared the cache on my 360 so even if I did DL a patch it would have been deleted, I even made sure I wasn't online. I don't know how this guy did it...

it takes time and you need to gain speed to push through to a certain point

I have been able to steal a covenant tank in FF... It's also possible to steal banshees in the same fashion...
Which means that in windward you could steel the banshee and explore!
This has to be done locally though.

As for this. This is AWESOME! I want the AR in FF. Not fair...

cool i`ll try to get the banshee stuck somewhere to get in him and i`m trying to get out crater day so if anyone can provide some help

lucky  i can`t even get past it now because i haven`t tried for ages but landing on the bridge is the hardest part
